For cancellations, returns, or exchanges, please contact us with a brief description of your issue, and your order number. Contact us here.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours or after the order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Items to be returned must be in unworn and unused condition with absolutely no damage. Items must be free of stains, pet hair, and smell (smoke, cigarettes, perfumes). To complete a return, you must have proof of purchase (your order number) and email under which you purchased the item. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we have confirmed your eligibility, you must return your item to us in a bubble mailer. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Defect Items

As much care as we put into our items, sometimes s*%@ happens. If your item arrives defected, please have a clear, well-lit picture of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return. You will receive an email to confirm your refund.

Exchanges

If your item is not at all damaged or worn, you may exchange for any item. Any difference in price will be refunded or charged depending on your exchange.
